2 hour introductory sessions with you and some of your colleagues.

They typically include:

• An agreed question for the session about a project, strategy or team focus you’re currently working on - that needs fresh perspective, a boost, a moment to step back

• For example, “how might we get past this stumbling block…?”, “how might we include…?”, “how might we speed up…?”, “how might we make this more…?”, “how might we simplify…?”, “how might we change the way we’re working on…?”, “how might we change our team…?”.

• A headline summary of where things are at right now

• A facilitated review of what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and where things need to go next

• Some fresh inspiration from outside

• A common team understanding of Where We’re At and What Next?

• Generating team actions about how things could be different from the moment we leave the workshop

• Ideas about new ways of working that might help from here

Each is based on initial conversations between us, and designed for you. We can adjust the time and place to work around the team and topic.
